El Apiario was the first Coffee Blossom Honey brought to North America. Jorge Mendez produces many coffees such as El Panal, Gorioncillo, and Las Huellas in Guatemala. Each year of his coffees have sweet and vibrant flavours that permeate through to the honey!
Flavour Profile Brown Sugar sweetness, Peach & Citrus flavours, slight Vanilla undertones
If your honey crystallizes, place your Coffee Blossom Honey in a vessel of warm water and allow it to slowly liquefy.
NOTE: Raw honey is not suitable for infants.
